The 2025 Annual Meeting of Prairie Ridge will be held on Thursday July 24th at 6:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Library (DIRECTIONS HERE). At this meeting we will hold elections for four seats of the Board of Directors. We are planning to complete the final round of Apple Scab treatment at Prairie Ridge Condominium HOA between 6/12 - 6/13, weather permitting. Please do your best to have all windows and garages are closed and no vehicles are parked in the direct path or close proximity to the tree(s) during this period to ensure the technician can access the tree(s). Windows can be opened immediately after the technician sprayed the tree(s). This chemical is a fungicide that is safe for both cats and dogs and is non-toxic to humans if not ingested directly. It is commonly used on plants, trees, and lawns for various fungal diseases. No vehicle or property damage will occur due to overspray.
