Lawn Mowing Delay - (5/19)

Due to recent and expected rainfall (and wet turf), our weekly lawn mowing will be delayed this week.

During the irrigation start up earlier this month, Advanced Irrigation found a leak in one of the pumps. They are working on a repair and should have it completed sometime next week. Sprinklers on both side of the community should be running at that time.

Bird feeders may be placed in the common areas at the homeowner’s discretion & are limited to one (1) per unit.  The board reserves the right to require that bird feeders be removed or relocated if their use is determined to create a nuisance or damage to any part of a unit, the common areas, or other property.
