2026 SPRING CLEAN-UP

The board recently addressed a large accumulation of dog waste along the west end of the frontage road near the intersection with Sierra Dr.  Please remember that cleanup of any pet waste applies to both the common areas surrounding each unit & along our sidewalks, both public (city) & private (community-owned).  The HOA incurs a significant cost in hiring cleanup services for this kind of accumulation, which can be assessed back to any homeowner who may be shown to be responsible.  Please help us keep our community & common areas clean & healthy by ensuring that pet waste is removed in a timely manner, per our rules & regulations.
